Towards the end of my studies at the Conservatoire de Paris, in 2006, passionate about the violin and having in my possession the violin of my grandmother, I decided to learn to play, motivated by the magnificent sound of David Galoustov, met at the same time, and that became my first teacher. I was studying later with Daniel Nalesso, a violinist of the Paris Orchestra and disciple of Dominique Hoppenot, who taught me a lot too. All this allowed me to have a solid knowledge of the possibilities of the instrument, and to write with ease the 2d Movement of my Concerto (2011). After a few years, I was doing excerpts from Bach's Sonatas and Partitas, so I learned a lot about double-strings and four-string chords. So, later, in 2016, I realized an old dream: To write a piece of violin alone in homage to these solos of Bach, but for a modern violin, which I prefer, with use of a wide vibrato for the cantabile. This Tribute is dedicated to David Galoustov who created the concert score, and for which I already wrote a lot.
