Since the arrival of Olivier VERNET in the principality, together with him, I have been looking after the reception of artists taking part in the international organ festival of Monaco; I have also been doing temporary work in the cathedral on such occasions as artists masses, chrismal masses, funerals, weddings And of course many masses at the Sacré-Coeur church, to which I am keen to give variety every Sunday.
Since I left the South-West, I have been composing in my spare time organ pieces, a number of which have been deposited with the SACEM, always far from vast, musical bookshops. And it is precisely such a lack of proximity which has resulted in the need to compose those works that my musical library was missing !
