PERON Vincent

A Nantes native, Vincent Péron studies organ under Bernard Rocher, then at the Saint Brieuc cathedral under Yves Hillion. After that he continues at the Region Conservatory in Angers with Eric Lebrun as well as the Region Conservatory in Saint-Maur des Fossés. Possessor of a Paris IV Sorbonne musicology degree, for a year he studies choir conducting with Denis Rouger and basso continuo with Ilton Wjuniski at the XVIIth District Conservatory in Paris. Currently he continues postgraduate studying with Lorenzo Ghielmi, Maurizio Croci and Antonio Frigé – in organ, harpsichord and basso continuo respectively, within the ancient music department of the International Academy of Music in Milan, Italy.

He became an organist at the Sainte Marie church in Paris, then at the Charles Foix Hospital chapel in Ivry-sur-Seine from 1999 and, beginning in 2006, at the Santi Margherita e Salvatore church in Busto Garolfo, (Mi). He teaches piano at the Cusano Milanino music school near Milan.

Musical activities include accompanying various vocal or instrumental ensembles during numerous concerts in Paris and its region, more frequently the church choir of Saint Germain-en-Laye under conductor Laudine Belliard, the Vocal Group Theatre and Music with Daniel Morel, as well as The Oboe Gang under Claude Villevieille.
