CECCONI-BOTELLA Monic

Premier Grand prix de Rome as a composer (1966). After three years at Villa Medicis in Roma, Monic Cecconi-Botella becomes teacher at the Conservatoire National Superieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris.

From 1995 to 2001, she is also artistic councellor of the city of Enghien-les-Bains where she creates L'Ensemble Orchestral Theme et Variations, orchestra with which she conducted many concerts around Paris; she also created several meetings about the Voice « A portee de Voix ».

As a composer, she wrote many pieces for chamber music and for voice, symphonic pieces, several operas and also operas for and with children. Living now in Provence (Gordes) she creates EOL - Les Saisons de la Voix, to help young talentuous singers and also make public know better french melody and lieder.
