Pianist by training, music associate, professor of music and history of the arts, Anetta Floirat dedicated her doctoral dissertation to Karol Szymanowski ("King Roger of Karol Szymanowski - Masterpiece of Unified Diversity", under the direction of Nicolas Meeùs, Paris-Sorbonne). His research work focuses on the relationship between music and the visual arts, not only for Szymanowski but also for other artists of the same period (his articles thus bring together composers - Igor Stravinsky and Serge Prokofiev - Marc Chagall or Natalia Goncharova).
