Architect DFAUF (University of Florence) and Doctor in Art History (École Pratique des Hautes Études), Giada Ricci is a museologist and scenographer. An expert for UNESCO, she also teaches museology (École du Louvre; Sorbonne Abu Dhabi; Meiji University Tokyo). Her research at the Centre de recherche sur les civilisations de l'Asie orientale (CRCAO, Collège de France, CNRS) focuses on museographic space and the exhibition of works, notably by studying the spatial and exhibition arrangements of contemporary art museums and by developing a history of the modern museum in Japan.
