LESVENAN Hervé

After studying composition at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris, and organ with Jean Boyer, Hervé Lesvenan pursued an intense career as a concert performer. As a composer and performer, he conceives his own shows, combining different forms of writing. Most of his work consists of compositions, created in collaboration with numerous artists, writers, musicians, painters and dancers. The co-writing of songs for the show Heureusement, Songs of colors with saxophonist Ronan Baudry, and Venti, created and recorded with Marta Gliozzi, bear witness to this singular eclecticism. It is with this Ars'Vs Bretagne ensemble that he performs at numerous festivals in France and abroad. He teaches at the Conservatoire de Quimper, but also occasionally in higher education establishments. Passionate about free improvisation, he is also a member of the Libre Max collective.
