Ondes et remous for clarinet solo

What is a work, an oeuvre ? An encounter, a person. What is it expecting from us ? Our attention and capturing its intension and worth. What shall be the influence ? The opportunity to keep an inner trace of this attention in ourselves, sometimes in a durable way. Reflecting this should not leed to even more intense and outbreaking principles. A work’s intension is clear – it is really structured. This is proved by Ondes et Remous. Since both works are rather short, we shall profit from the opportunity, to mention the past seconds to be understood as an invitation to the listener, to insensively live and realize these short sections with breaks and trying to feel their internal breath. (The indication of seconds and minuets should be therefore forgiven, here)

Fruitful should the friendship be – obviously Ondes et Remous should become old Friends. Well known compositions which one may forget for quite a while but then to discover and to hear them again with the great enthusiasm of another meeting. They are deep and sincere.
