The ceremonial protocol of the royal courts of Europe and the solemnity of the unchanging ritual of the changing of the guard were the main factors that inspired the composer wanted to transcribe the score, a dynasty and state separated. Influenced by membership in an exceptional unit and the House of Grimaldi and the seven centuries, it was inevitable for the creator to hear a quote from the national anthem. This work in solemnity, was composed especially for the coming of the Prince Albert II of Monaco. The title of the " MARCH OF THE GUARD OF HONOUR " originates from the name given to the care of ten men each day providing security and services of Honour of the Royal Family.
