“Gothic Dances” (2017) is a set of six organ pieces. Each dance uses harmonies influenced by Medieval/Gothic music and each takes an inspiration from a painting, work of architecture, or a historical figure from the Middle Ages. The piece is conceived for an ancient organ but is possible to play the whole suite also on a modern organ.
