These studies, before being technical, are mainly studies of expression and character. Their composition spans more than 10 years, from 1993 to 2004. They can be played as a cycle, in concert; or in isolation in a program. The different levels of difficulty of these studies (from easy to difficult) also allow a pedagogical use. Their atonal writing explores a wide variety of worlds and colors that will delight both pianists and their audience.
