Hommage is a didactic work written for the first cycle which should encourage the young interpreters to make sing their instrument. As in a first movement of concerto, a cadenza will allow them to show their know-how and their musicality. Articulations (legato and staccato) are varied but the melody evolves on simple rhythms. The party of piano, rather easy, allows to make use of this piece by two pupils.
