A passionate artist, more attentive to his craft than to the media coverage of his career, Michel Robert has always been attracted to diversity in his art. 

A disciple of the masters Vlado Perlemuter, Jaques Coulaud, René Saorgin, Pierre Cochereau, Stéphane Cardon and Pierre Dervaux, he is a pianist, organist, conductor and teacher whose intense activity is justified only by an inexhaustible thirst for knowledge. 

With over 900 concerts and recitals to his credit, he has performed and conducted in ten countries around the world. Winner of the Concours International d'Improvisation de Lyon, Professor Emeritus at the Conservatoire de Valence and the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Lyon, organist at Autun Cathedral, Michel Robert is titular of the great Schwenkedel organ at the Collégiale St Pierre & St Paul in St Donat.
