Cosmos for organ is a metaphysical and spiritual journey born from my meeting in 2014 with Hubert Reeves on a TV set. We each presented our novelties - in this case the CD release of my Requiem -, as well as my reading choices drawn from great philosophers such as Plato, Aristotle, Teilhard de Chardin. The exciting, physical and metaphysical questions inspired me to write this suite. Through the contemplation of the sky, I always come back to a question which is ultimately the quest of all humanity: where do we come from and where are we going? The work, in six parts, is a transfiguration, a celestial door which opens and aspires to death to bring it back to life until the gardens of the sublime, the last piece concluding in a dazzling light.
