An improvisation course was given in 2004 in Altenberg, a famous pilgrimage site and home near the city of Cologne, is the origin of this piece, whose writing has been the subject of successive adjustments. So I have a romantic piece relatively easy, which may serve as a demonstration piece for the organ of the Victoria Hall, I am often pleased to present to visitors. I was often regarded as an atypical composer, here is one more proof !
