Learning play for two cellos, Polarity will accomplish several objectives. This is both a work of instrumental technique offering the discovery of the modulation noise through game modes (ponticello sul, sul Tasta, harmonics, ...), but it is also an invitation to the practice of chamber music. Indeed, writing has been designed to require two instrumentalists to be «connected» at all times.
