Designed for the end of the undergraduate cycle, these three small waltzes are apparently identical but actually quite different. The same material was used to produce three distinct shapes: Waltz box 1 for bassoon only, Waltz box 2 for bassoon and piano and Waltz box 3 for 2 bassoons and piano.
It is also a question of introducing young students to a current musical language, with additional modes of play (bisbigliando, multiphonics, flatterzunge, etc.).
