Intended for beginning organists, the series "Bien commencer l'orgue" offers a set of exclusively manual pieces specially adapted to the first years of study of the instrument. Alternating between ancient and contemporary works - the latter having been largely written especially for the occasion - these collections are somewhere between a "method" (with a desire for targeted technical progression) and an "anthology". Elements of construction and registration will enable the young musician to make contact with the "organ machine" for the first time.
The third volume of this series continues the exploration of the repertoire approached in the two previous volumes with technically more demanding pieces. A homogeneity of level as for the difficulty of the selected pieces remains, here still, of setting.
